A prospect may have requested a call back for your services or a product, for several reasons. May be you called at inconvenient time, they are busy or may want to discuss with a partner. Do not forget to call back at the arranged time; ignoring these call backs may have an overall effect on your targets.

Call back and offer a reminder of the last conversation you had with them. Do not rush in for an order!

Ask if they have any questions regarding your services and products, listen and listen carefully. Do not interrupt! Go ahead and answer all their questions or concerns and ensure they understand and are satisfied with your response.
